Meet the printcbf Staff
Michael Gordon, President
As President, Mike manages the day to day activities and fantastic staff at printcbf. Back in 1983, Mike, founder, chief cook and bottle washer of Commercial Business Forms opened his doors to the print industry. In 2006, he changed the company name to printcbf. His past print industry experience includes several years as a Sales Representative... at Moore Business Forms and a four year stint as Tag Manufacturing Division Manager at Pavey Envelope.
Mike graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and Sales. He is a native New Jersey resident, Rotary Club member of Newark, devoted husband to Connie and father to four grown children. When he’s not wearing his printcbf hat, Mike enjoys spending time with family & friends and has served two terms as President of the Rotary Club of Newark. Mike is most proud of his involvement with Project Dictionary, an annual Super Bowl raffle fundraiser. Monies raised selling Super Bowl raffle tickets are used to buy paperback dictionaries for every third grader in the city of Newark.
Veronica Zulauf
Veronica has been a top notch salesperson at printcbf for 16 years, having joined the company in 1995. While generating business in all facets of the print/cross-media market, Veronica is the resident expert in thermal media, both stock and custom, for every industry imaginable. Additionally, web marketing is her forte as she spearheads development of the company’s 2 websites, www.printcbf.com and www.thermaltagsandlabels.com, working closely with web design firm, Response Builders. Veronica focuses on partnering with her clients to create interactive print/web projects, such as pURL and pURL QR Code campaigns, to generate increased awareness, visibility and revenue for their businesses.
Prior to joining printcbf, Veronica’s sales experience concentrated in the Financial Industry as Managing Director of new business development for the New York Stock Exchange and previously for Argus Research Corporation. Veronica is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. Born in New York City and raised in New Jersey, Veronica and her Husband live in Randolph, New Jersey. When away from business, Veronica enjoys her family along with travel and the arts, with particular emphasis on her musician husband’s talent. Involvement in the community and church committees as well as philanthropic endeavors such as Special Olympics, American Heart Association and Alzheimer’s Research hold special meaning to Veronica.
Richard Raad
Rich is the newest sales member at printcbf but has been in the printing business for 35+ years. He was President of HYCO Printed Products, Inc. for 25 years and then merged his company with printcbf in December of 2010. Rich’s prior experience includes Stanart Industries, Allen Hollander Company, and district sales for both Bertek, Inc. and Continental Business Systems, Inc. His previous experience has given him the knowledge to help his clients grow their businesses by developing new accounts and solidifying their existing business.
Rich was educated at Pace College in New York City, majoring in business and marketing. He served three years in the United States Army during the Vietnam War where he attained the rank of Sergeant. Rich is on the Board of Directors for the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards for UNICO and the North Jersey Networking Associates, Inc. On a personal level, he is engaged to a lovely woman with three boys. His favorite sport is golf, and he enjoys warm weather. Rich considers himself a “gym rat” and works out regularly.
Bob Carroll
Bob has been with printcbf for 28 years. Bob spent his first few years in production before starting his sales career with Moore Business Forms in 1978.
He joined forces with Mike Gordon in 1984. Bob's industry knowledge and years of experience have proven him a valuable asset to the printcbf team of professionals.
Bob is an active member of the PSDA (Print Services & Distribution Association) as well as the local Chamber of Commerce. He participates in his local parish and community in Northern New Jersey. He currently serves as Associate Director of a Morris County basketball league that includes over 1500 participants.
